Very poor service from Nick and Cindy Davis. I was visiting the Tampa area to look at rentals and had contacted this team to show me a few places. There was some confusion about the date we set so I texted Cindy the day before to confirm. Cindy did not respond to the text and the next day I called both Cindy and Nick. Cindy did not answer so I left a voice mail. Nick did answer and said that he would contact Cindy and call right back. No one called back, no appointment was kept and no service was provided. I have since emailed twice asking for some clarification as to what happened and no response to those emails. I live in New Jersey and specifically arranged the trip to Tampa to look at rental properties. I was able to find another realtor at the last minute. I can not understand why I am not given the simple courtesy of a return call or email when we have an appointment set up.

Nick was very responsible, knowledgeable and most importantly KEEP HIS WORD. That is hard to find in this day but he has integrity that is impeccable! We would highly recommend him and use his service and talent any day of the week for selling and for listing.

Steer clear of this partnership. It's taken 45 days for SOME work to be done. Not nearly all the safety issues. This team is not interested in maintaining the charm of the home. They are interested in the cheapest sort of fix. Nick offered the opportunity to break our lease but hasn't followed up with the promised email detailing the stipulations. Cindy quit answering texts, emails and calls. We got her on the phone, by calling from my cell number. She stuttered and stammered and shouted into the phone that she was not a failure. We never said she was. We said that the ball has been dropped on this property. Not so unpredictable twist. Cindy is going after the previous tenants for the replacement costs etc but things aren't being repaired to the previous standard. If it is being fixed it is the bare minimum. Supposedly, these two are in the business of building relationships so that later we would use them to buy a house. I wouldn't buy a Barbie house from this duo.

Nick helped us with our first home purchase down here in Florida. He then subsequently helped us purchase our second home and sell the first home.I'm opinionated, and while we always didn't see eye to eye it never became an issue. Discussions occurred, differences of opinions occurred, but Nick (and hopefully I...) was always professional, knowledgeable and personable. It was very useful to be able to discuss the various facets from different perspectives.In terms of the actual process Nick was fantastic - responsiveness, frequently showing up to the property well in advance with research in hand, knowledge, and overall attitude were always great. We were picky in some areas and not so picky in others and he was able to pick up on that and help guide us though the process.I later recommended him to my own parents as well as others in terms of the good relationship. He even came to our house warming party after we moved into the new relationship, all around a good experience.

Nick helped us buy our home when we first moved to Tampa. Five years later we wanted to down size and Nick sold our home in less than a week and helped us purchase a new home. He and Cindy are very thorough and helpful. Always accessible and willing to help in any way. I would certainly recommend them and would use them again.
